1. Our products

PurpleSpirits sells digital products — original sound-healing recordings and distance attunements/activations delivered as downloadable files. Products are delivered electronically; nothing is physically shipped.

Our products are offered for personal, spiritual, and wellbeing purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, are not a substitute for qualified care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual experiences vary and no specific results are guaranteed. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information when registering, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount paid.

5. Delivery & licence to use

After your payment is confirmed, you receive secure, time-limited download links (also available in your account) and an email receipt. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit the files without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content, recordings, and materials on this site are owned by PurpleSpirits or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or operation.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are limited. Please see our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurpleSpirits is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
